SBA’s loan programs have undergone numerous updates to make access to capital to business borrowers easier. And, the programs continue to evolve!
The Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual for the loan programs was re-written both Aug 1st and Nov 15th of 2023 to include numerous updates to eligibility, credit and collateral criteria, and the application process. The process continues to change as well.
There have been recent updates to the new SOP 50 57 3.1 – 7(a) Loan Servicing and Liquidation effective December 1, 2024. As a result, the 7(a) Servicing and Liquidation Matrix has also been updated.
This is a webinar will get you up to speed on what the programs look like today and what you need to know in today’s SBA lending environment.
