Program Overview
The Advanced Human Resources Forum is designed exclusively for graduates of the Graduate School of Banking’s Human Resources Management School who want to continue the conversation and deepen their impact within their institutions.Â
This interactive forum provides a space for HR leaders in banking to reconnect, share real-world experiences, and explore emerging issues shaping the future of talent in our industry. Participants will engage in peer dialogue around current challenges, including talent attraction and retention, leadership and talent development, succession planning, current and emerging HR legal issues, and the application of AI in HR within the banking industry.Â
The program will be a blend of traditional presentations, facilitated discussions, collaborative problem-solving, and the sharing of best practices among professionals who understand the unique dynamics of community banking.Â
Who Should Attend
Admission is limited to graduates of GSB’s Human Resource Management School who are serving in the HR function and are actively involved in organizational decision-making.

Accomodations
Students are responsible for booking their own lodging for this program. Classes begin Wednesday morning, so those who are traveling to Madison are encouraged to arrive on Tuesday. Enrolled students will receive a link to available room blocks upon acceptance into the program – although participants are welcome to book at another nearby hotel if they wish.
