What You'll Learn

The curriculum is built around expert-led anchor sessions, facilitated peer discussion, live exercises, and judgment labs. Rather than technical instruction, the program emphasizes applied decision-making, cross-domain tradeoffs, and peer learning.

Approximately one-third of the program content is shaped directly by participant input, drawing on attendee-submitted challenges and current issues to drive discussion. Core focus areas include:

  • Balance sheet risk and optionality
  • ALCO, IRR, and liquidity judgment
  • Investment strategy and portfolio positioning
  • Loan and deposit pricing behavior
  • Earnings execution and cross-domain tradeoffs
  • Board-level communication and action planning

Pre-Work Requirement

Four weeks prior to the program, students are required to complete a concise pre-survey identifying current balance sheet challenges, strategic concerns, and one real decision they are facing. Responses will be aggregated and anonymized for faculty use.
